COVID-19 Rapid Tests @ Your Library

Pick up a free COVID-19 Rapid Test at your local library. Test kits are available at all the libraries in the Carroll-Madison Library System.

  • Test kits come with two tests per kit.
  • Patrons are limited to 1 test kit for an individual and 3 test kits for a family.
  • The library will not track who receives a test.
  • If you have a positive result, you may–but are not required–to report your test result to the state COVID hotline at 1-800-803-7847
  • These tests are being made available to Arkansas residents through Governor Asa Hutchinson’s Rapid Testing Initiative.
  • Please call the library in advance to arrange a curbside pickup for the test kits.  Help keep our librarians safe!
